From time to time, every company has one of those situations where you know a negative issue may come out of the woodwork and you’ll be asked to comment on it. “No comment” is never an appropriate response and only adds a feeling of negativity to the issue. If left to fester, negative issues have the potential to seriously impact the reputation of your company. We coach clients through this process and prepare press statements – where possible, in advance – to any pending negative issue that is on the horizon. This allows us to be prepared so that in the event that the issue is made public, you’ll be ready to respond quickly.
